fglrx-glx software package provides transitional package, use libgl1-fglrx-glx, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install fglrx-glx
fglrx-glx is installed in your system.
Make ensure the fglrx-glx package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep fglrx-glx *
You will get with fglrx-glx package name, version, architecture and description in a table
